PRODUCTS & ORDERING
All apparel sold by Cotton Sky Lab is made to order. Each item is individually produced after your order is placed. We do not hold pre-made inventory.
We make every effort to ensure that product images, descriptions, and size information are accurate. Minor differences may occur due to screen display settings and the nature of the production process and are not considered defects.

PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in USD (US Dollars).
Payment is accepted via PayPal only. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. The price in effect at the time your order is placed will apply to that order.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Orders enter production after payment is confirmed. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, after which your order is dispatched.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
— United States: 5–10 business days
— International: 10–30 business days (varies by country and local postal service)
Tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier schedules, public holidays, or customs processing.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival. These charges are set by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
— Incorrect size selected by the customer
— Change of mind or colour preference
— Minor variations in print placement within normal production tolerances
We encourage you to review the size guide carefully before ordering. If you need help choosing a size, contact us before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to contact us at hello@cottonskylab.com.
Please include your order number and a clear photograph of the item showing the issue.
We will respond within 1–3 business days. Once the issue is verified, we will offer either:
— A free replacement item, or
— A full refund returned to your original PayPal account within 5–10 business days
We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect size selection or errors submitted by the customer at the time of ordering.
