HOW OUR PRODUCTS ARE MADE

All items sold at Cotton Sky Lab are made to order. This means your item is individually produced after your order is placed — we do not hold pre-made stock. This allows us to offer unique designs without overproduction.

ORDER PROCESSING

​

Production time: 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed Tracking information will be sent to you once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING

​

United States Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after production

International Estimated delivery: 10–30 business days after production (varies by country and local postal service)

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. Cotton Sky Lab is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

​

Because every item is made specifically for you after your order is placed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

• Incorrect size selected by the customer

• Color preference or change of mind

• Minor variations in print placement (within normal production tolerances — this is not a defect)

Please review the size guide carefully before ordering. If you are unsure which size to choose, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, here is how we handle it:

Step 1 — Contact us within 7 days of delivery Email us at hello@cottonskylab.com with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the item showing the issue

Step 2 — We review your request We will respond within 1–3 business days after receiving your message and photos.

Step 3 — Resolution Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer one of the following:

• Free reprint — a new item produced and shipped to you at no cost, or

• Full refund — returned to your original PayPal account

Refund processing time: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will appear in your PayPal account.

We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect size selection or errors provided by the customer at the time of ordering.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

​

Colors may appear slightly different in reality than on screen due to monitor settings and the printing process. Slight differences in print placement depending on garment size are normal and not considered defects.
