RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
— Incorrect size selected by the customer
— Change of mind or colour preference
— Minor variations in print placement within normal production tolerances

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to contact us.
Step 1 — Contact us
Email hello@cottonskylab.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item showing the issue.
Step 2 — We review your request
We will respond within 1–3 business days.
Step 3 — Resolution
Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer either:
— A free replacement item produced and shipped to you at no cost, or
— A full refund returned to your original PayPal account within 5–10 business days
We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect size selection or errors submitted by the customer at the time of ordering.
